This is it. The home stretch. All that’s left is to tie up the loose ends. So here they are!

 

Terminology:

1)        Communities – groups of people organized together based on their interest. Forums where people can talk about anything related to their shared interest

 

2)        Earth Points – points earned within the Game of Creation that relate to learning and building your foundation towards your goal

 

3)        Elements – Earth, Fire, Water, Wind, Heart, and Vessel; the components and ideas behind WorkCraft’s Game of Creation.

 

4)        Element Cycle — Completing tasks for all of the Elements in a given Level: Completing Earth Level 1, Fire Level 1, Water Level 1, Wind Level 1, Heart Level 1, and Vessel Level 1 is regarded as completing a Level 1 Element Cycle.

 

5)        Fire Points – points earned within the Game of Creation that relate to actually doing the activity that is your chosen goal

 

6)        Heart Campaign – how participants of the Game of Creation earn the money they can win. Everyone needs to participate if they want to win the prize. For more information, click here (Link to Heart).

 

7)        Heart Points – points earned within the Game of Creation that relate to helping someone else

 

8)        Levels – Markers designating the relative difficulty of an Element task. There are 3 Levels: Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3. A player cannot receive a prize for a higher Level until they have completed the lower Level Element Cycle.

10)        Niche Community – lower levels of the Umbrella Community (ex: Ceramics, Painting, Filming)

 

11)        Scarlet Lettering – when a member of WorkCraft does something that is against the productive, supportive, and communal nature inherent in all of WorkCraft’s ideology, all of their profiles will have a Scarlet Letter on top of them, which will tell what they did to earn it. 12)        Synergy Points – points earned within the Game of Creation that can be earned if two Element points are earned by the same action or activity

 

13)        Teachers – specifically the teachers we have onsite that work in Project Earth. They help design curricula, build tests to help people qualify for Earth points, and offer extra help. 14)        Umbrella Community – highest level of community (ex: Art)

 

15)        Vessel Points – points earned within the Game of Creation that relate to making your goal sustainable and good for you, other people, and the environment

 

16)        Water Points – points earned within the Game of Creation that relate to meeting people and helping them help you reach your goal

 

17)        Wind Points – points earned within the Game of Creation that relate to spreading the word and improving yourself by doing so in order to reach your goal
